LEARNING WITH THE LAND PROGRAM REFUND POLICY 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are only permitted under the following conditions:

 

• The minimum notice for cancellations is 14 days 

• A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations

 

Any request for a cancellation that does not meet the above guidelines will not be processed. 

Any eligible refund amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the original transaction, or by cash if this was the method used for the original payment.

 

Changes

Changes are permitted to any reservation at no cost, provided the change is pre-approved by Learning with the Land Summer Camp in advance and is for the same activities for the same amount of time.

 

Exceptions

Due to the highly variable nature of weather conditions and outdoor activities, no exceptions will be made to the Refund Policy for conditions related to weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, fire bans, car trouble or other non-emergency situations. 

 

Requests for an exception to the Refund Policy must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The written request must be made within 14 days of the scheduled start date of the original reservation (Nature Immersion programming may not be refunded after the program begins due to the nature of the program). Any request made after this time will not be permitted.

 

In the event of the death or serious illness of a family member, all cancellation and change fees may be waived and a full refund may be provided.
